Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We will make your delivery during those hours (during busy weeks and Holidays, deliveries may run later than 5pm).
As a reminder we DO NOT enter properties that have a closed gate. We will leave the arrangement at the gate and give the recipient a call to let them know where it is left at.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered flowers at about noon and they were delivered by 2pm the same day. The online ordering system was super easy to use. They were beautiful and the arrangement was bigger than expected. Great experience!
