Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
We will make your delivery during those hours (during busy weeks and Holidays, deliveries may run later than 5pm).
As a reminder we DO NOT enter properties that have a closed gate. We will leave the arrangement at the gate and give the recipient a call to let them know where it is left at.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered the dazzling dozen for delivery, which I had to change to pick up. They put my delivery charges into the bouquet itself and it was absolutely stunning. The wife loved it. Good job Westside Flowers. I'll definitely be back
